Searcher Auction Terms
Searchers bid to backrun transactions routed through the rebaterpc.com relay. Front-running and sandwiching are prohibited. By submitting bids or bundles, you agree to the terms below.
01Rules: backrun-only
- Searchers may only submit bundles that execute after the user's transaction.
- No front-running: nothing may execute before the user's transaction.
- No sandwich attacks.
- No reordering, insertion or other action that harms the sender.
Violations result in an immediate ban and forfeiture of any pending rebates.
02Bidding
- The relay may run sealed-bid or open auctions. Searchers submit bids per transaction or per bundle.
- The highest valid bid wins the backrun slot.
- Bids are paid from the searcher's own funds, never from the user's transaction value.
- Every bundle is simulated before submission and must leave the user's outcome unchanged. Bundles that alter the user's result, revert, or fail to pay the bid are invalid.
03Rebate split
90% of the winning bid is rebated to the transaction sender. 10% is retained by the relay as the platform fee.

04Transparency
All rebates are recorded on-chain and published to the public dashboard. Searchers can verify their own payments, bid by bid, against on-chain data.
05Liability & disclaimer
- The relay does not guarantee any volume of order flow or any backrun opportunity.
- Searchers operate at their own risk, including losses from failed, reverted or unprofitable bundles.
- Nothing on this page is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
